HOW TO USE

Each package is different but as a rule of thumb, you should look at Artceuticals 20 minutes per day (preferably 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes at night, or you can integrate the routine into your daily life.) The process shouldn’t be stressful; just give it the time you have and start from there. Find joy and peace in each step. Use your intuition and know that everyone has their own path and rhythm. You can also use music provided or/and essential oils to immerse most of your senses and add healing attributes to your experience. Bring your hands in prayer position and recite the prayer provided with each tools (some are also available on instagram @fionalifestyle.com)


Sit comfortably. Close your eyes. Breathe in with your nose and out with your mouth for a couple of breaths. With each breath out, exhale any troubling thoughts. Your pulse will gradually slow down to an ideal pace. Continue to breathe but this time exhale with your nose. Now tilt your head up and look at the sky/ceiling, or let it gently fall down to your chest without resistance and look towards your heart. After a few seconds, bring back your head to a centered position. You will be in a meditative state while looking at each Artceuticals. Center to your heart energy (put your left hand to your heart, talk, think, and attune to your heart center). Say internally:


This will help reprogram your brain, energy, and frequency. Connect to the image, surrender to it without judgement or apprehension. Energy is intelligent and it will attune to what is necessary to happen, especially at your own allowance. Any areas that you feel some kind of rejection towards, feel uncomfortable to look at, means that it holds “extra release for you” as it shows up as “extra resistance.” It is really a good thing. The more you look at it the deeper, the more it releases blocked energy within you. Once your thoughts are out of your mind, you can repeat internally or externally the Ho’oponopono Hawaiian prayer: “I love you, I am sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you.” This is a healing prayer you can add to your meditative time looking at the picture and to any time a thought or situation that isn’t in alignment comes up.
